Atlanta-based Hospitality Ventures Management Group (HVMG), a private hotel investment, ownership and management company, has assumed management of the Nautilus Inn in Daytona Beach, Florida, US.

The 99-room Nautilus Inn, which is owned by Asante Asset Management, is due to undergo a renovation programme scheduled to start in August 2021.

Located directly on the beach at 1515 S. Atlantic Ave., the Nautilus Inn boasts amenities such as ocean-front sundeck with heated pool, whirlpool and chaise lounges.

Nestled on the south end of Daytona Beach, the hotel flanks the Daytona Beach Shores.

HVMG president and CEO Robert Cole said: “The Nautilus Inn will benefit from our in-depth, first-hand knowledge of the Florida marketplace, as it joins our existing portfolio of six branded and independent Sunshine State hotels.

“The pandemic has devastated the travel industry, but we are confident that through our proprietary management and marketing systems, the hotel will improve upon its current performance.”
