Hyatt has announced the official opening of its new House brand property in Louisville, US expanding the brand’s footprint across the globe.
The new 127-room Hyatt House Louisville East is the first Hyatt House hotel in Louisville and is owned by Dunn Hospitality Group,

Located in Louisville’s East End, Hyatt House Louisville East will provide the service and convenience of hotel living to guests with the comforts of home.

Hyatt House Louisville East offers 83 apartment-style kitchen suites, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and guestrooms, the Commons lounge and the Outdoor Commons that includes an outdoor fire pit and BBQ.
Other amenities offered include the H BAR, which features the Sip + Snack Menu, 24-hour H Market, and round-the-clock gym.
Gathering rooms at the hotel have more than 1,000ft² of flexible meeting spaces.
Additionally, Hyatt House Louisville East offers a Very Important Resident (VIR) programme, including complimentary grocery shopping and other personalised perks for guests.
For extended-stay guests, the hotel provides on-site guest laundry and complimentary grocery shopping.
