Hyatt Place brand has officially opened its new 152-room upscale hotel in downtown Jingdezhen, a Chinese city in Jiangxi province.
Hyatt Place Jingdezhen Taoxichuan has been developed by Jingdezhen Ceramic Culture Tourism Group as part of Jingdezhen’s landmark Taoxichuan cultural and creative quarter.
Located a 15-minute drive from Northern High Railway Station and a 25-minute drive from Luojia Airport, the hotel offers easy access to destinations such as Wuyuan, Hangzhou, Beijing and Shanghai.
Hyatt Place Jingdezhen Taoxichuan general manager Howard Li said: “As Jingdezhen continues to grow and thrive economically, we are excited to add to the momentum by welcoming the first Hyatt-branded hotel to the area.
“With our smartly designed social spaces and guestrooms with separate work and sleep areas, our multitasking guests can easily accomplish what they need to do while on the road.”
The hotel offers complimentary breakfast, fresh fruit, local and regional specialties, as well as free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property and guestrooms and free parking.
Hyatt Place Jingdezhen Taoxichuan also boasts a bar catering specialty coffees and premium beers, as well as wines and cocktails and all-day market serving freshly prepared meals.
It has an approximately 100ft2 of flexible, high-tech meeting/function space and a fitness centre that is open all day and equipped with the latest strength and cardio equipment with LCD touchscreens.
Howard Li added: “Jingdezhen is a vibrant city, filled with friendly people, great neighbourhoods, and an ever-expanding list of great places to visit and things to do or see.
“Our hotel is central to all of them, and we are confident that the Hyatt Place Jingdezhen Taoxichuan will exceed guest expectations and provide them with everything they need while visiting our area.”
Last month, Hyatt partnered with The Wharf to open a new Park Hyatt hotel at International Finance Square in Changsha, Hunan province, China.
