Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has announced the signing of a partnership with Leisure Hotels Group for a hotel in Naukuchiatal, Uttarakhand, India.

Situated on four acres of land near Naukuchiatal Lake, the existing property will undergo extensive renovations and be rebranded as an IHCL – SeleQtions hotel.

The property will feature 88 rooms, offer various dining options, a swimming pool, a spa, a gymnasium and indoor/outdoor event spaces, as well as provide stunning views of the lake and Himalayan foothills.

IHCL CEO Puneet Chhatwal said: “The signing of this hotel is in line with IHCL’s vision of expanding its presence in the leisure destinations.
