IHG Hotels and Resorts continues its Holiday Inn Express and Suites brand growth in Thailand by signing an agreement with APK Real Estate Co for the Holiday Inn Express and Suites Bangkok Asok.
Located on Sukhumvit 23, the new hotel is planned to open in early 2025 after the conversion from the vacant new-build high-rise BelAir Mansion residential condominium.
The property will feature 180 rooms, with 15% of the inventory including suites with kitchenettes, along with a gym and a swimming pool.
Holiday Inn Express and Suites Bangkok Asok will also boast a meeting room, DIY laundry, a lounge and a bar.
It will be situated 500m from Sukhumvit MRT station and Asok BTS station interchange and 25km from Suvarnabhumi International Airport and Don Muang International Airport.
Guests will have easy access to several retail and entertainment complexes including EM District and Terminal 21, along with corporate offices and businesses.

The company’s Holiday Inn Express brand has over 3,000 open properties across the world and more than 327,000 rooms across more than 50 countries.
In Southeast Asia and Korea, the brand has 22 open properties after the latest opening of Holiday Inn Express and Suites Singapore Novena in May this year.
Additional 14 properties are currently under development in Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia.
