IHG Hotels & Resorts is expanding its presence in Australia with the signing of a Crowne Plaza hotel on the New South Wales (NSW) South Coast.
Crowne Plaza Shell Cove Marina will be launched in partnership with Oscars Group in 2025.

The property will be part of a $1.5bn mixed-used development within the Shellharbour region, which features a supermarket, retail outlets, restaurants, library, community centre and parklands.

The hotel will have 181 rooms and other trademark features including the Plaza Workspace and an outdoor pool.
