The historical 107-room château has been signed under a management agreement with Groupe BMF and Groupe PFH.

Following a renovation, it will be the brand’s flagship hotel in the country when it welcomes guests in 2024. This will also be IHG’s third property to open in France in the last five years.

InterContinental Chantilly – Château Mont Royal, built in the early 20th century and featuring Louis XVI style architecture, will comprise two restaurants, a bar and a summer terrace beside the 11 meeting rooms, a gym, a sauna, a jacuzzi and treatment rooms, an indoor swimming pool and a tennis court.

Furthermore, IHG expanded its partnership with one of Egypt’s developers, Arkan Palm for Real Estate Investment, to construct two additional hotels in the capital city.
