UK-based hospitality company IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced a lineup of global sports partnerships for this year.

Among the new tie-ups are the Professional Pickleball Association in the US and Six Nations Rugby in Europe, Australia and New Zealand, complementing continuing relationships with the United States Tennis Association.

Through these partnerships, IHG One Rewards programme members can now avail an expanded array of choices to redeem their loyalty points on the IHG One Rewards Access platform.

From behind-the-scenes stadium tours to signed merchandise from players, members have access to exclusive ticket packages and unique fan experiences, bringing them closer to the action across various sports.

The United States Tennis Association has renewed its multi-year agreement with IHG, marking the sixth consecutive year of partnership.

As the Official Hotel and Hotel Loyalty Program of the US Open Tennis Championships, IHG will continue to offer guests and IHG One Rewards members a premium hospitality experience.

In soccer, IHG maintains its role as the Official Hotel and Hotel Loyalty Program Partner for Major League Soccer, with more redemption opportunities for IHG One Rewards members at the season kick-off in the middle of this month.

The hotel company has also become the first-ever official hotel and resort partner for the Professional Pickleball Association, aligning with the fastest-growing sport in the US to connect with a new community of players and fans.

In rugby, IHG’s new long-term alliance with Six Nations Rugby positions it as the first Official Hotel Partner. It will offer IHG One Rewards members access to exclusive fan experiences.

The partnership with European Professional Club Rugby continues, providing opportunities for fans to engage with IHG One Rewards through the Investec Champions Cup and EPCR Challenge Cup.

IHG has extended its two-decade partnership with Rugby Australia, serving as the Official Hotel Provider for the Wallabies and Official Supplier of the Wallabies.

The exclusive hotel partnership with SANZAR for the Super Rugby Pacific and The Rugby Championship tournaments in Australia and New Zealand has also been renewed, offering premier ticket redemption options.

The hotel’s three-year deal with A-Leagues as the Official Accommodation Partner for the Isuzu UTE A-League Men’s and the Liberty A-League Women’s competitions will provide members with access to tickets and player engagements, including ‘Field of Play’ tours.
