India-based corporate travel service provider and an online travel firm Yatra Online has added Essel Group, Bridgestone and TATA Consulting Engineers to its corporate customer base.
Yatra claimed that these additions reinforce its service level quality.
The online travel firm offers Platform as a Service (PaaS) to large and medium businesses, and Self-Booking Platform for small and medium enterprises (SME).
With these offerings, it is aiming to tap the country’s corporate travel market.
The corporate travel market is underpenetrated in India with GBTA predicting double digit growth over the next several years.
Yatra, which has been providing services to the corporate travel market since 2014, has developed solutions over the last few years that encompasses all aspects of business travel with technology enabled policy compliance, expense management solutions in partnership with Chrome River Technologies (a SaaS company).
It also offers curated hotel options through its SMART Hotel initiative, foreign-exchange service, visa and passport assistance and more.
