The agreement aims to enhance guest experiences and boost ancillary revenue for hotels.

The IRIS platform allows for mobile ordering, providing guests with an all-day digital experience and offering hotel operators the ability to create new revenue channels without additional labour or operational complexity.

This scalable service facilitates browsing, ordering, and payment for various services across multiple outlets.

The partnership addresses challenges such as demand for contactless service, low F&B spend, manual ordering processes, and staffing limitations.

Global Hotel Alliance COO Folker Heim said: “We are seeing a steady rise in demand from our hotel operators for mobile technology that improves both guest satisfaction and revenue. As the hospitality industry changes rapidly, it is vital that the tools we provide serve guests effectively while meeting operational and financial goals.

“Our partnership with IRIS is central to our strategy of giving our member hotels access to the advanced digital solutions they need to scale and succeed.”

By integrating IRIS’s solutions, GHA aims to meet evolving guest expectations and improve operational efficiency.

Effective immediately, the IRIS platform is available to GHA members, providing a framework for the implementation of these digital tools within their properties worldwide.

This initiative is designed to simplify operations and deliver a unified, multilingual platform suitable for multi-brand and group portfolios.
