Island Hospitality Management has taken over the management of the Inn of Naples Tapestry Collection by Hilton in the US, as reported by HospitalityNet.

The property is owned by select service and extended-stay hotel investor Mission Hill Hospitality.

This deal comes following the management company’s appointment as the operator of Springhill Suites Truckee in California, US, last month.

Island Hospitality Management president and COO Gregg Forde said: “We are thrilled to introduce this unique, independent hotel, a part of Tapestry Collection, as the newest addition to our portfolio of lifestyle hotels.

“Our longstanding familiarity with the market uniquely positions us to capitalise on our resources and deliver optimal results by focusing on the hotel’s unique features and desirable location.”

Situated at 4055 Tamiami Trail North, in Florida, the pet-friendly property offers 100 guestrooms and suites. It allows pets for a fee of $50.
