Luxury hospitality brand Jumeirah has unveiled plans for three new developments in Dubai, UAE.
These projects include Jumeirah Asora Bay, a new hotel and residence project, located on the peninsula of La Mer South in Dubai.
The new property will offer 103 rooms and suites, as well as 20 villas, and is due to 2029.
The project is in line with Jumeirah’s strategy to invest in boutique-style properties. This strategy has also been adopted in other Jumeirah properties in Europe, which include Jumeirah Mallorca, Jumeirah Capri Palace and the upcoming Jumeirah Le Richemond in Geneva.
Alongside the hotel, Jumeirah Residences Asora Bay will be launched in collaboration with Meraas, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate.
It will offer 29 residences, encompassing multiple-bedroom apartments, a seven-bedroom penthouse, and six ocean villas, while the hillside location provides views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai’s skyline.

By GlobalDataDubai Holding Real Estate CEO Khalid Al Malik said: “Emulating Meraas’ commitment to exceptional urban experiences, these residences combine innovative design, premium amenities, and renowned Jumeirah hospitality, setting a new standard for residential excellence and reinforcing Dubai’s leadership in global luxury real estate.”
Besides, the hospitality brand is launching Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers, with 754 units comprising apartments with one to four bedrooms.
It will offer a suite of lifestyle and well-being amenities for residents such as fitness studios, a co-working lounge, a private cinema, and a podium pool terrace.
These projects align with the company’s Mission 2030, focusing on growth and diversification.
Jumeirah CEO Thomas B Meier said: “In line with Jumeirah’s Mission 2030 strategy, our ongoing ambition is to drive sustainable growth and double the size of our portfolio regionally and internationally.
“Maintaining a leadership position in our home market is integral to that strategy and, following the successful opening of Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab earlier this year, we will further extend our footprint in Dubai with Jumeirah Asora Bay and Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers.”
Jumeirah’s portfolio diversification and expansion strategy segments its offerings into four categories that range from private estates to branded residences.
In October 2022, Jumeirah strengthened its foothold in the Middle East with the launch of Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain Resort & Spa.
