The location offers easy access to the city’s diplomatic quarter and business centres, with King Khalid International Airport just a 30-minute drive away.

Kerzner’s entry into Saudi Arabia with SIRO Olaya Riyadh aligns with the kingdom’s emphasis on wellness as a key aspect of its cultural and economic development.

These hotels expand the brand’s portfolio, which includes the recently opened SIRO One Za’abeel in Dubai and the upcoming SIRO Boka Place in Montenegro, set for opening in the fourth quarter of 2024.

Kerzner CEO Philippe Zuber said: “SIRO encapsulates the dynamic spirit of innovation that has been at the heart of Kerzner’s culture for over 30 years of disrupting the hospitality sector.

“SIRO is a direct response to the societal shift in attitudes towards sports and wellness and was designed to be a rapid-growth challenger brand that enables Kerzner to expand our global footprint in the world’s most vibrant cities. The subsequent excitement we’re seeing among investors and developers is a testament to the market demand for this revolutionary new concept.

“In February 2024, we started welcoming our first guests to SIRO One Za’abeel in Dubai. The response from them has been phenomenal and provides a fantastic foundation for growth as we work closely with our partners to grow the pipeline of new SIRO properties around the world.”

SIRO’s concept merges wellness with an integrated digital strategy and expert guidance, aiming to enhance guests’ mental and physical performance.

SIRO Palmilla and SIRO Olaya Riyadh underscore Kerzner’s commitment to growing the SIRO brand in prime global destinations.
