Australia-based La Vie Hotels and Resorts has launched its new lifestyle brand, Nooe, along with the opening of its first Nooe resort – a new build island resort in the Maldives.

The Nooe Maldives Kunaavashi will feature 72 guest bungalows and villas spread across three hectares. Out of 72 units, 39 will be positioned in an overwater location.

The two-storey villas will comprise private pools, a deck area and unobstructed views of the Vaavu Atoll.

The property will offer six food and beverage outlets, a dive and water sports centre, a kǔlh·un’ Kids Club, a boutique shop and Thri by Mandara spa, providing three private treatment rooms.

The strategic location of Nooe Maldives Kunaavashi makes it only one hour by speed boat or just 25 minutes by seaplane from Male City and the international airport.
