Lords Hotels & Resorts has signed four new hotels in Gujarat, India, marking a significant expansion in the region.  

With these additions, the company’s presence in the state will grow to a total of 28 properties.  

The upcoming Lords Inn Sanand will feature 61 rooms and is scheduled to open by July 2025, while the boutique Lords Studio Inn Kodinar, with its 23 rooms, is expected to launch in October 2025.  

Lords Inn Una is set to debut by December 2025, offering 40 rooms, while Lords Inn Gir, providing 44 rooms, is slated for a 2026 opening. 

These new properties are being designed with a range of thoughtfully curated amenities, including fully equipped banquet venues and multi-cuisine restaurants that highlight local flavours.  

The aim is to captivate guests and provide an unforgettable experience, as stated in the release.

With this expansion, Lords Hotels & Resorts has a portfolio of over 70 hotels and more than 3,000 keys across various countries.  

In July this year, Lords Hotels and Resorts broadened its footprint in India with the signing of Lords Inn Katra, located in Jammu and Kashmir.   

Expected to open in early 2025, the new property will feature 52 rooms, a rooftop restaurant, a spa and therapy centre, among other facilities.
