Luxury hospitality-focused investment platform Mohari Hospitality and Weller Development Partners, which develops luxury hospitality and branded residential properties, have formed a partnership.

The partners will co-invest up to $2.5bn in luxury hospitality and mixed-use projects across North America and the Caribbean.

Weller Development Partners is developing the first North American locations for Six Senses, a global hospitality brand.

Set to be completed in 2026, Six Senses Grand Bahama will feature branded residences, resort villas, a Six Senses Spa, and other luxury amenities, all designed to blend wellness and sustainability with the island’s natural beauty.

Six Senses Napa includes branded residential homes, resort accommodations, and a Six Senses Spa, all designed by Olson Kundig, amidst the natural splendour of a 750-acre property.
