AccorHotels has opened two new hotels, the Pullman New Delhi Aerocity and the Novotel New Delhi Aerocity, in Delhi, India.
Offering a total of 670 rooms, the new hotels are the result of a partnership between InterGlobe Enterprises, APHV India Investco and AccorHotels.
AccorHotels chairman and CEO Sebastien Bazin said: "With a growing network of 34 hotels in India, AccorHotels is well-positioned to take a leadership position in the upscale and midscale categories and to confirm its position as first operator in terms of convention spaces in India.
According to AccorHotels, the Pullman New Delhi Aerocity is designed for a new generation of hyper-connected and cosmopolitan travellers.
Speaking at the opening, India Civil Aviation minister Ashok Gajapathi Raju Pusapati said: "New Delhi Aerocity is a landmark initiative and a prestigious project designed to make New Delhi a leading international destination and hub.
"I congratulate AccorHotels for bringing their internationally renowned Pullman and Novotel brands to this growing hospitality hub."
