Mauna Kea Beach Hotel

Autograph Collection has announced the addition of Mauna Kea Beach Hotel on the Kohala Coast in Hawaii to its portfolio of hotels.

The brand’s first Hawaiian property and the 75th in its global portfolio, Mauna Kea Beach Hotel is said to be renovated throughout, restoring all 252 guest rooms and suites in two buildings.

The new resort has corridor-less floors that appear to float over an ocean-facing atrium.

With new furnishings, Mauna Kea Beach Hotel offers a luxury guestroom experience.

"The resort’s eclectic design and storied past is complemented by its range of attractive amenities."

Other amenities include restaurants offering a combination of cultured international cuisine with fresh, local Kohala Coast ingredients, Manta & Pavilion Wine Bar and Mauna Kea Golf Course. Three of the hotel’s dining options feature amazing ocean views.

For children, Mauna Kea Resort offers Hawaiian cultural activities six days per week, which include hula lessons, lei making, ukulele lessons and more.

The hotel also provides meeting spaces for executive retreats and 12 different spaces for meetings from intimate indoor conference rooms to idyllic outdoor locations.

Autograph Collection vice-president and global brand leader Julius Robinson said: "We are excited to debut such a versatile hotel on the Kohala Coast.

"The resort’s eclectic design and storied past is complemented by its range of attractive amenities and I’m confident that travelers will enjoy the incredible experience that Autograph Collection has become known for delivering."
