Cendyn has teamed up with InnQuest Software, a property management system (PMS) to enhance guest engagement and intelligence.

Hoteliers using roomMaster by InnQuest Software will be able to have a PMS that meets their requirement in addition to gaining access to enhanced guest profiles, targeted multi-channel communications and analytics that will boost engagement for new and returning guests.

A CRM and sales platform in the hospitality industry, Cendyn works with partners and hospitality firms such as InnQuest to boost the integration and connectivity capabilities.
