Hotel management company Davidson Hotels & Resorts has launched the Renaissance Baton Rouge Hotel in Louisiana, US.
The 256-room, 206,000ft² property is owned by Wampold Companies and offers a fitness centre, an outdoor pool and 13,000ft² of meeting space, including a 7,500 ft² ballroom and eight meeting rooms.

Wampold and Davidson carried out a complete redesign project on the building, transforming a proposed dormitory into a luxury hotel.
Renaissance Hotels has more than 140 properties in 28 countries.
