The Bohannon Development Company has selected Ensemble Hotel Partners to develop a new luxury hotel at the Menlo Gateway project in the US.

Designed by Cuningham Group Architecture, the new property is expected to be complete by 2018.

Part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection, the new hotel will include 250 rooms, a chef-driven specialty restaurant, lobby and poolside lounges, in addition to the fitness centre and 15,000ft² of meeting and event space.

The new property will also include an outdoor event area, which is being designed for wedding, reunion, business, and other social events.

The project will comprise three office buildings and accompanying parking structures together with outdoor amenities, in addition to the hotel. San Francisco-based architecture and urban design firm Heller Manus Architects will design the project’s office buildings.
