The Bohannon Development Company has selected Ensemble Hotel Partners to develop a new luxury hotel at the Menlo Gateway project in the US.
Designed by Cuningham Group Architecture, the new property is expected to be complete by 2018.
Part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection, the new hotel will include 250 rooms, a chef-driven specialty restaurant, lobby and poolside lounges, in addition to the fitness centre and 15,000ft² of meeting and event space.
The new property will also include an outdoor event area, which is being designed for wedding, reunion, business, and other social events.
Ensemble Hotel Partners chief investment officer Brian Ehrlich said: "We will be working very closely with the Bohannon team to develop a hotel with the creativity and high-quality that will help establish Menlo Park as the gateway to Silicon Valley."
