Epelboim Development Group and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) are set to open a new EVEN Hotel in Miami, Florida, which will be the first to be located in the south-eastern US.
IHG’s newest lifestyle hotel brand, EVEN Hotels, is designed to better serve wellness-minded travellers in the Miami area.

Epelboim Development Group CEO & president Noel Epelboim said: "As one of the busiest airports in the US and a major international gateway city, the EVEN Hotels brand will be exactly what travellers are looking for in order to maintain the balance they desire."
The 189-room EVEN Hotel Miami will be located in the Palmer Lake section of Miami International Airport. It is expected to open in early 2018, and will feature aspects of natural and modern design.
The hotel will facilitate different design and technology elements to help guests maintain the balance they desire while travelling, Epelboim stated.

The brand has six hotels in the pipeline, including three properties in New York City, and further hotels in Seattle, Washington, and Omaha, Nebraska.
