Fattal Hotel Management and Izaki Group Investments have started construction of the NIS300m ($83m) Herod’s Hotel at the Herzliya Marina in Israel.
The 230-room property will be Fattal’s seventh hotel in central Israel.

The hotel is scheduled to open by the end of 2013, according to globes.co.il.
Fattal, which also owns the Leonardo Basel hotel, the Leonardo City Tower and the Leonardo Suite, currently has 31 hotels with 7,500 rooms across Israel and Europe.
