Real estate services provider Holliday Fenoglio Fowler (HFF) has announced the sale of Hyatt Centric The Loop Chicago in Illinois, US to Deka Immobilien for $110m.
HFF marketed the 257-room hotel on behalf of the seller, an affiliate of Murphy Development Group.
The 22-storey Art Deco Hyatt Centric The Loop Chicago was developed in 2015 by the seller and features the AIRE seasonal rooftop bar, Cochon Volant restaurant and bakery.
Other amenities include the Corner cafe, 24-hour fitness centre, 2,500ft² of event space, business centre and pet-friendly accommodations.
The property is situated at 100 West Monroe Street and is centrally located in Chicago’s Loop in the heart of the financial district. It is close to transportation, restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
