Hyatt has announced the opening of Hyatt Place Bloomington/Normal, the brand’s first Hyatt Place in Normal, Illinois.

The 114-room hotel is located on Broadway Avenue and is close to Illinois State University (ISU) art gallery, Normal Theater, Children’s Discovery Museum and several famous restaurants.

Hyatt highlighted the hotel has the brand’s intuitive design, casual atmosphere and practical amenities.

"We are looking forward to creating an incredible guest experience and being involved in the Bloomington-Normal community."

Guests can get free Wi-Fi, a complimentary breakfast and will be able to enjoy Hyatt grand bed and cozy corner sectional sofa.

It also features 2,400ft² of flexible, high-tech meeting/function space, a coffee to cocktails bar that features special coffees and premium beers, as well as wines and cocktails. Guests can also use the hotel’s 24-hour gym.
