InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) is expanding its portfolio by adding two new hotels in Mazatlán, Mexico.
The Holiday Inn Express Mazatlán Marina hotel and Holiday Inn Resort Mazatlán hotel will complement IHG’s existing Crowne Plaza Mazatlán resort in the region.
Both hotels are scheduled to open by the end of 2016.
Owned and managed by Desarrollos Turísticos Clami, the Holiday Inn Resort Mazatlán hotel will house 150 guest rooms and other amenities, including an outdoor swimming pool with water games, a fitness center, two meeting rooms, restaurant, lobby bar and parking.
The 124-room Holiday Inn Express Mazatlán Marina hotel will be part of a mixed-use development featuring a shopping center, apartments and restaurants.
This hotel is owned by Desarrolladora de Hoteles Mazatlán SAPI de CV and managed by Ximetria.
