Interstate Hotels & Resorts has been selected to manage the Sheraton Cerritos Hotel, which was recently acquired by Crown Jewel of Pacifica, which will boost investment in capital upgrades to the hotel.
Interstate Hotels & Resorts’ Rim Hospitality Division based in Newport Beach, California will manage the Sheraton Cerritos.

Interstate’s Rim Hospitality Division executive vice president of operations Russ Cox said: "It’s gratifying to earn business from a relationship with a new owner, and we’ll continue to provide outstanding operations and results. Having managed the hotel previously, we are well versed in all aspects of its operations and the market. "
The 203-room Sheraton Cerritos Hotel is centrally located directly between Orange County and Los Angeles. The hotel is part of a 100-acre, mixed-use business park with shopping, dining and entertainment venues.
It is a short distance from other Southern California attractions, including Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm.
The hotel features 15,241ft2 of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space Paired and Grille 91 Restaurant & Bar.
