
Langham Hospitality Group has announced its first luxury hotel in United Arab Emirates in partnership with Omniyat, a real estate development group based in Dubai.
The five star Langham Place Downtown Dubai will be located in the Burj Khalifa district and is expected to open in 2018.
Built around 680,838ft² land with an investment of $273m, the project will also include serviced apartments.
The hotel will feature 167 rooms, eateries including an all-day dining restaurant, a rooftop bar and lounge, a speciality restaurant and a salon.
It will also have 400m² of event space, and guests will also be able to relax and make use of the brand’s signature spa Chuan Body and Soul.
Guests also enjoy panoramic views of Burj Khalifa and Dubai’s Water Canal and will be located in close proximity to Downtown Dubai, Mohammed bin Rashid City and Business Bay.
