Marcus Hotels & Resorts, a unit of The Marcus, is set to open 29 new all-season villas at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, US, for both leisure and business travellers.

Currently, Grand Geneva campus has 355 guest rooms at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, and 225 suites at Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark.

By June next year, the campus will be able to provide a total of more than 600 units.

The new villas to be built by Marcus Hotels & Resorts will include studio as well as one, two and three bedroom accommodations.

To be developed by renovating various existing unused buildings adjacent to the WELL Spa + Salon, each of the new unit will feature a full kitchen, fireplace, flat screen TVs, washer and dryer and deluxe furnishings.

Apart from individual outdoor swimming pool, the villas will be equipped with six fire pits.

Marcus Hotels & Resorts chief operating officer Joseph Khairallah said: “The Grand Geneva Resort & Spa is a very special, all-season destination for leisure and business guests.

The company noted that half of the new villas will be available from March next year, while the remaining units will be open by June next year.

Established in 1968, Grand Geneva Resort & Spa includes several activities for all ages and all seasons including golf, swimming, skiing, horseback riding and relaxing at its WELL Spa & Salon.
