Marriott International has opened its first Zhuzhou Marriott hotel under the Marriott brand in Hunan province in south-central China.

The hotel is located within the commercial area around Midea Times Square at Liyu Central Business District, and is close to Changsha Huanghua International Airport and Zhuzhou West Railway Station.

Zhuzhou Marriott features 311 rooms, including a 46m² king room and 277m² presidential suite. The hotel has modern day amenities, including wireless internet and satellite television.

The interior of the hotel was designed by Karen Wang Interior Consultant, and reflects sophisticated contemporary concepts and elements showcasing local culture.

The property is home to Zhuzhou Marriott Hotel Executive Lounge situated on the 24th floor, and includes the Tea House, Man Ho restaurant with 17 private dining rooms, an all-day dining venue named Zhuzhou Kitchen and MINT restaurant.

It features a 1,000m² pillar-less ballroom that can be segregated into smaller spaces.

Guests can also work out at the fitness centre with a sauna, and relax at the hotel spa or at the indoor heated swimming pool.
