Singapore-based Meritus Hotels & Resorts has entered a management agreement with Indonesian property developer PT to operate a new-build resort in Seminyak, Bali.
Slated to open in 2016, Meritus Bali Seminyak Resort & Spa will feature a blend of classic Balinese architecture and modern oriental interiors, with Chinois-inspired motifs.

The hotel features a rooftop bar, designed for sunset views.
An infinity-edge swimming pool, fitness centre, and a wellness spa, as well as uniquely themed food and beverage outlets that will offer local and international cuisines are additional features.
Meritus noted that the full-service business centre will complement the resort’s comprehensive conference and event spaces.
