US-based real estate investment firm MIG Real Estate, formerly known as Stoneridge Capital Partners, has acquired the Point Inn & Suites Hotel in Jackson, Wyoming, US.
The transaction marks the firm’s fifth hotel acquisition within the last 18 months.
The 90-room, three-storey Point Inn & Suites will undergo a $4.75m renovation and conversion to an unnamed major national brand, which will be completed by May 2012.
MIG has retained Hospitality Management Advisors to manage the property.
