Noble House Hotels & Resorts has purchased the 132-room Hotel Terra and 145-room Teton Mountain Lodge and Spa in Teton Village, Jackson Hole, Wyoming, US.

Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Noble House Hotels & Resorts founder Pat Colee said: "These two resorts, known for their upscale, rugged luxury, are a perfect complement to our portfolio of true-to-place lifestyle hotels.

"Teton Mountain Lodge and Spa is close to Grand Teton National Park, in addition to Yellowstone National Park."

"In addition to being perennially ranked as a No 1 ski destination, Jackson Hole is a year-round adventure destination and naturally appeals to the Noble House Hotels & Resorts guest."

Hotel Terra is situated slopeside to the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and at the gateway to Grand Teton National Park. The property features Osteria restaurant, the organic Terra Cafe, an infinity pool and a rooftop spa oasis, Chill Spa.

Teton Mountain Lodge and Spa is also close to Grand Teton National Park, in addition to Yellowstone National Park. The property features five hot tubs, two pools and an expensive fitness centre, as well as Solitude Spa and Spur Restaurant and Bar.

With the latest acquisitions, Noble’s hospitality portfolio has increased to 16 properties.

Noble’s other properties include Kona Kai Resort and Spa and Riviera Palm Springs in California, Little Palm Island Resort and Spa in the Florida Keys and the Edgewater in Seattle, Washington.
