US-based property management company Noble House Hotels & Resorts will manage San Francisco-based Argonaut Fisherman’s Wharf Hotel and The Tuscan Fisherman’s Wharf.

The latest deal increased the company’s hospitality portfolio to 18 properties.

Argonaut Fisherman’s Wharf Hotel is located along the Fisherman’s Wharf, which is situated in the San Francisco Maritime National Park.

"With these hotels, we are continuing our focus on building our brand portfolio and growing in attractive regions within the US."

The pet-friendly hotel features 252 rooms, including king, bay view king and specialty suites that have a seating area, separate living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa and oversized bathroom with a glass enclosed shower.

It also features Blue Mermaid Chowder House & Bar, Del Monte Courtyard, a ballroom that can seat 100 guests and one that can host 260 guests, as well as a fitness centre.

The Tuscan Fisherman’s Wharf features 221 guest rooms, including a king suite and standard queen rooms, five meeting spaces ranging from 200ft² – 1250ft², and a restaurant named Pescatore where guests can enjoy meals.
