Noble Investment Group has acquired SpringHill Suites Houston Northwest hotel located in Chasewood Technology Park in Houston, US.
Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
The newly built property is near to the Hewlett Packard campuses and Lone Star College University Park.
Noble Investment principal Ben Brunt said: "Northwest Houston continues to experience significant economic, employment, and population growth and benefits from a diverse demand base, which include FMC Technologies, Noble Energy and Willowbrook Hospital.
"The new SpringHill Suites by Marriott will be an ideal fit to service this transient-oriented submarket."
