The hotel will be constructed at Cabo San Lucas and is expected to open in 2017.
Nobu Hotel Los Cabos will be a 200-room property, which will provide luxurious accommodation for its guests.
The property will use natural materials to design suites, which will have a contemporary feel.
Facilities of the new Mexican retreat will include a beachfront Nobu Restaurant and Bar overlooking the Pacific Ocean, along with meeting space, a luxury spa, retail stores and dining and lounging experiences.
Architectural firm WATG was signed up for Nobu’s Mexican hotel and Studio PCH designer Severine Tatangelo was hired to lead the designing team that will take care of the interiors including the Nobu Restaurant design.
