Oetker Collection has announced the launch of two hotel projects in New York, US and Sao Paulo, Brazil.

The company plans to launch one hotel in Palacio Tangara, Sao Paulo in early 2017.

Palacio Tangara will be built in the surroundings of the Burle Marx Park. The hotel is expected to feature 141 guestrooms including 55 suites, all offering views of the park.

The hotel’s interior will be designed by William Simonato and Patricia Anastassiadis.

Additional features include a restaurant, chef’s table, a bar, a wine cellar, a lobby and lounge bar, all with outdoor terraces.

The hotel will also comprise 11 function rooms, including a ballroom for up to 360 guests with terraces overlooking the park, a fitness centre and spa with a private garden, and indoor and outdoor swimming pools.

Oetker Collection also plans to launch the New York hotel in early 2018.

Positioned at 550 Madison Avenue, the 170-room hotel will include 60 suites across eight floors.

Additional features of the hotel include bar with a lounge area, a gourmet restaurant, a spa, a fitness center and a 25 meter pool.
