
Penn-Florida Companies have announced plans for a new Mandarin Oriental hotel at Via Mizner, a project currently under construction in Boca Raton, Florida, US.
The company claims that Via Mizner will provide the only five-star hotel experience in Boca Raton.

Penn-Florida president and CEO Mark Gensheimer said: "Via Mizner will be one of the premiere mixed-used projects in the country, and Mandarin Oriental will raise the bar for hospitality and contemporary living in South Florida."
The project is expected to finish in late 2017.
The Mandarin Oriental in Boca Raton will offer 164 contemporary rooms and suites.
Residences will be located in an adjoining tower, which is connected to the hotel by a skybridge.

The new hotel and residential components of the project will be designed by SB Architects.
