US-based Peachtree Hotel Group (PHG) has completed acquisitions of the Element Denver Park Meadows in Colorado, the Hampton Inn Green Bay Downtown in Wisconsin, and the Aloft Tempe in Arizona.
The 123-room Element Denver Park Meadows is located at 9985 Park Meadows Drive and is part of an upscale retail and lifestyle center in Lone Tree’s Entertainment District.
Hotel amenities include a business centre, guest laundromat, motion fitness centre, indoor heated pool and complimentary area shuttle service.
PHG senior vice-president Brent LeBlanc said: “While we continue to have great faith in markets east of the Mississippi as evidenced by the Hampton Inn purchase, we believe there are numerous growth opportunities in the West.
“There are a number of new regions for Peachtree to explore that meet our criteria of strong, secondary and tertiary markets with high barriers to new entry, as well as numerous demand generators that appeal to both business and leisure travellers.”
The 135-room Hampton Inn Green Bay Downtown is situated at 201 Main Street and provides indoor pool, fitness centre, meeting space for up to 32 people, business centre and a Suite Shop.
