PortAventura Resort are to introduce a new revenue strategy solution, GameChanger, to five hotels near Barcelona.

The GameChanger solution was developed by Duetto, a market leader in hotel and casino profit optimisation technology. It will be implemented in four 4-star hotels, and one 5-star hotel of the PortAventura Resort group.

Hotel PortAventura, Hotel El Paso, Hotel Gold River, Hotel Caribe, and Hotel Mansion de Lucy are the hotels included in the agreement.

The properties include 2,000 rooms, a 4,000-seat convention centre, three golf courses, a theme park, and a water park.

The GameChanger solution will help to improve guest loyalty, forecasting, and price optimisation at the five hotels.

The solution will also be implemented at the Ferrari Land theme park, which was built as a tribute to the iconic brand.

GameChanger will help the PortAventura Resort to price all room types, channels and dates independent of one another, and to maximise profit for the group.
