Preferred Hotel Group has selected IT company SuiteLinq to be its North American and European partner for connectivity and management systems.

SuiteLinq president Craig Ziegler said the company can maximise a hotelier’s investment in HSIA, PMS, POS and CRM technologies.

SuiteLinq will integrate the technologies with its Digital Host system to connect guests to in-room and on-site entertainment, information and commerce services.

Preferred Hotel Group senior vice-president Thom Nulty said the SuiteLinq solution gives the hoteliers a customisable suite of options.

Preferred Hotel Group has more than 850 hotels and resorts in 70 countries.
