ReviewPro has partnered with Star Ratings Australia to offer its guest intelligence solution to accommodation providers across the country.
With the new collaboration, Australia’s Star Rated properties will have access to ReviewPro’s online reputation management platform Global Review Index (GRI), in the first phase of the two-phase project.
GRI is the B2B online reputation score used by hotels across the globe as a benchmark for guest satisfaction. It is based on consumer review data collected from 142 online travel agencies (OTAs) and review sites in around 45 languages.
ReviewPro’s Guest Rating Score will be provided to consumers alongside the independent Star Ratings, in the second phase of the partnership, which will serve as a trusted information source for travellers, intending to shortlist and book accommodation in the country.
ReviewPro CEO RJ Friedlander said: "This comprehensive, multi-level alliance sets a new global standard for improving the quality of guests’ experience across an entire country, benefitting Australia’s hoteliers and visitors alike.
ReviewPro claims the tool will also allow Star Rated properties in Australia to obtain a greater insight into operational and service strengths and weaknesses from online feedback, and will help to increase guest satisfaction, as well as revenue growth.
