RLHC has sold and franchised its Red Lion Hotel Pocatello in Idaho, US, for an undisclosed sum.
The Red Lion Hotel Pocatello is located at 1555 Pocatello Creek Road, and is in close proximity to Idaho State University and the Museum of Clean.

It offers 150 rooms, an indoor pool, a full-service restaurant and more than 14,000ft² of meeting space.
RLHC president and chief executive officer Greg Mount said: "This is the 12th franchise deal we have closed this year and we have developed a strong pipeline to close out the last quarter.
"Five out of five of the hotels we have sold in 2014 have closed with franchise deals and a commitment by each of the owners to make significant capital improvements, allowing the properties to remain with the Red Lion branding."
With the completion of the acquisition, the new owner is seeking to invest in Red Lion Hotel Pocatello.
