Hyatt has announced the opening of Hotel Solaya in Old Town Scottsdale, Arizona, US, joining the JdV by Hyatt brand portfolio.
The hotel, which underwent a significant renovation prior to reopening, is now operating with 194 refurbished rooms and suites.

It offers a range of facilities, including multiple dining options, an on-site spa and fitness centre, and an outdoor pool area.
Situated near key restaurants, nightlife and cultural venues in Scottsdale, Hotel Solaya aims to attract both local residents and travellers.
The hotel features seven event spaces, including a 3,500ft² outdoor lawn designed for large functions and a 2,600ft² indoor ballroom with a flexible layout.
The pool area is equipped with cabanas and lounge seating.
Hotel Solaya general manager Tobby Rau said: “Hotel Solaya was designed to celebrate the energy of Scottsdale while offering guests a space that feels both vibrant and welcoming.

Hyatt’s JdV brand includes the hotel as part of its Arizona portfolio following the completion of the property’s transformation.
In October 2025, Hyatt Hotels entered an agreement to open The Landmark Kanpur, a second JdV by Hyatt brand hotel in India.
