San Francisco Marriott Union Square in California, US, has opened newly revamped approximately 10,000ft2 of total event space, which is targetted towards modern business travelers.
The hotel's nine meeting rooms feature new interior upgrades, with modern colours and natural light.
The renovated flexible breakout spaces on the hotel's second floor now display blue and grey colours with ombre curtains and floor-to-ceiling windows to allow natural light.
The 3,200ft2 Union Square Ballroom features an adjacent pre-function space with stylish communal tables and wall-sized art feature, while the 30th floor event space used for social functions provides visitors with panoramic views of Union Square and San Francisco Bay.
The rooms are equipped with advanced audiovisual equipment and the PSAV, an event technology. They also provide high-speed Wi-Fi with up to 8000 Mbps speed to ensure connections during webinars and online conferences.
The guests and event planners can leverage on Marriott's Meeting Services App for an easy and efficient management of events on any web-enabled device.
Travelers can relax on thick mattresses with luxury bedding and support pillows, or watch premium movie channels on flat-panel HDTVs.
The guests can also upgrade to concierge-level guest rooms and get access to an exclusive lounge area, which includes complimentary beverages and food during certain hours.
During downtime, guests can avail the hotel's fitness center that is equipped with high-quality cardio machines and weights.
