Chinese investment firm Shenzhen Hazens Real Estate Group has retained boutique hotel brand Luxe Hotels to operate Los Angeles-based Luxe City Center Hotel, which it acquired recently.
The 178-room hotel has been a Luxe Hotels branded property since 2009.
The property earned approximately $15.3m in revenue in the last year and ranks in the top 20 out of 322 Los Angeles hotels on Trip Advisor.
Luxe Hotels owner Efrem Harkham said: "Downtown Los Angeles is going through an amazing revival and it is one of LA’s fastest growing districts. We are excited to partner with the property’s new owners, the Shenzhen Hazens Group, as they continue to carry the Luxe Hotels flag.
"All of our Luxe Hotels branded properties benefit from our exceptional reputation of unrivalled standards of excellence from our three decades of hotel operational experience."
