St Regis Hotels & Resorts is opening its first hotel in Mumbai, India during the third quarter of 2015.

The Palladium Hotel, owned by Pallazzio Hotels & Leisure, is undergoing a significant renovation for its rebranding as St Regis Hotels & Resorts.

Once completed, the 38-storey St Regis Mumbai will feature 386 guest rooms including 60 suites, an all-day dining restaurant, a club lounge and four speciality restaurants.

It will also feature 5,200m² of event space, a 4,200m² grand ballroom, a swimming pool, and fitness center.

The hotel is located in the Lower Parel area of Mumbai, which is close to restaurants and pubs in the city, and is a half hour drive from Chhatrapati Shivaji international and domestic airport terminals.

Adjoining the hotel is the city’s luxury retail shopping centre, Palladium, that features stores belonging to some of the world’s top luxury brands.
