"As the fastest growing brand in the history of hospitality, Aloft continues to generate demand in key markets worldwide, and we look forward to continuing the momentum as we near the 100th hotel milestone later this summer."

The leisure group also highlighted that it recently introduced SPG Keyless, the industry’s first mobile, keyless entry system, which allows guests to use their smartphone as a key to their rooms.

According to Starwood, Aloft is one of the fastest growing brands in its portfolio. The latest hotel in South Beach is the brand’s eighth property in Florida.
