Scheduled to be launched by December 2015, the Westin Dallas Downtown is part of an adaptive re-use project which aims to transform the landmark One Main Place complex into the city’s newest lifestyle development.
The hotel will comprise 323 luxurious guest rooms, including 21 expansive suites and extensive meeting facilities in a prime location.
Westin Hotels & Resorts and Le Méridien Hotels global brand leader Brian Povinelli said: "This exciting adaptive re-use project will reintroduce the world-renowned Westin brand to downtown Dallas and play an important role in the ongoing revitalisation of the city’s urban core.
"The Westin Dallas Downtown will attract both business and leisure travellers seeking to recharge and revitalise with the help of the Westin brand’s signature programmes and amenities, designed to send them home feeling better than when they arrived."
Located in the centre of Dallas on both Main Street and Elm Street, the hotel also offers a three meal restaurant, a contemporary bar and more than 27,000ft² of meeting space, including a primary ballroom overlooking the eastern courtyard.
