Starwood Hotels and Resorts has opened Aloft Liverpool, the second Aloft-branded hotel in the UK to expand the brand globally.
The 116-room Aloft Liverpool is the fourth hotel of its brand in Europe, with five more expected to open in the next three years.

The property is housed in Liverpool’s historic grade II listed Royal Insurance Building, which has recently undergone an £18m renovation project.
The development was led by Ashall Property who worked alongside Liverpool City Council and English Heritage to transform the building into a hotel. It will be managed by Redefine | BDL hotels, a UK-based hotel management company.
